====== Sloppy Farro ==

Came up with this one tonight on a whim because I was bored with our usual fare.  Surprisingly, it turned out to be really tasty.  

==== Ingredients ==

  * 1 cup uncooked farro
  * 1 tsp sized glob of Better Than Boullion, beef flavor
  * 3/4 lb ground beef
  * 3/4 cup water
  * 1 can tomato paste
  * Sloppy joe spice mix
  * 2-4 finely chopped pickles (depending on size)
  * 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

==== Instructions ==

=== To cook the farro ==

  * In a saucepan add the (better) than boullion and bring to boil.
  * Add the farro and boil for 15-20 minutes.

Now is a good time to chop those pickles.

=== To prepare the sloppy joe part ==

While the farro is boiling:

  * Brown beef
  * Add the water, tomato paste and sloppy joe's mix
  * Reduce heat to low, cook a few more minutes.

=== Merge ==

  * Mix all remaining ingredients together
  * Enjoy!
